Vintis delivers facilitation, workshops and development that strengthen both organisational cultures and the inner capacity of the people who lead them.
Because sustainable performance begins with how we relate to ourselves.

Vintis supports leaders, teams and organisations to build cultures grounded in compassion, accountability and psychological safety.
Our work sits at the intersection of:
This isn’t theory-heavy or overly therapeutic.
It’s practical, structured and real.

We create space for reflection, honest conversation and practical action.
Through facilitated sessions, programmes and workshops, we help people:

“Equipped me to lead with compassion while remaining accountable.”
“Created space to reflect and connect with others facing similar challenges.”
“A must for leaders managing people in high-pressure environments.”
The programme is based on the certified US Center for Compassionate Leadership model, adapted for UK workplaces.
These half-day workshops use the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and compassionate leadership to help teams explore challenges through a strengths-based lens. Rather than focusing on what’s broken, we create space to identify what’s working and what’s possible.
This approach is particularly helpful during times of transition, low morale, or when a reset in team dynamics is needed.
Many of us move through the week looking after work, family and everyone else, while being far harder on ourselves than we would ever be on a friend. These 3 hour workshops offer a short, supportive pause to step out of that cycle and learn a few simple ways to treat yourself with more kindness and steadiness.
You’ll leave with; a clearer understanding of self-compassion , a small set of tools you can use straight away and a space to reset and head into the week with more ease.

Vintis is led by Helen Curtis, a facilitator and leadership practitioner with over 30 years’ experience across corporate roles, marketing leadership and business ownership. She spent 15 years in corporate organisations before founding and leading her own marketing consultancy for over a decade, working with technology and telecoms companies across the UK and internationally.
Through this experience Helen developed a strong understanding of the pressures leaders and teams face in modern organisations. Her work now focuses on compassionate leadership and self-compassion in practice — helping leaders combine clarity, accountability and humanity while building healthier and more sustainable working cultures.
Helen is an accredited teacher with the Center for Compassionate Leadership, grounding her work in established research and evidence-based practice. She also collaborates with academic and specialist partners including the University of Huddersfield, Louise Harris (The Mindfulbeing) and Louise Foster-Ellis (Think EJ).
Together these collaborations bring research, facilitation expertise and real organisational insight to the design and delivery of structured programmes, workshops and applied leadership development.
The focus of Vintis is practical: supporting leaders and organisations to build workplaces where people can perform well, stay well and work together with greater trust and effectiveness.

Who Should Attend?
Business Benefits

These half-day workshops use the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and compassionate leadership to help teams explore challenges through a strengths-based lens. Rather than focusing on what’s broken, we create space to identify what’s working and what’s possible.
This approach is particularly helpful during times of transition, low morale, or when a reset in team dynamics is needed.

This in-person workshop offers a calm, supportive space to pause and step out of the pressure of everyday life. It is designed for women who spend much of their time looking after others and want to learn simple ways to be kinder to themselves.
Self-compassion is not about self-indulgence or getting everything right. It is about learning how to respond to stress, mistakes and difficult moments with steadiness and care. In this session you will be introduced to a few practical tools that can be used in real life — at work, at home, or during the in-between moments of a busy week.
The session is guided and reflective, with no pressure to share personal experiences. You can take part in a way that feels comfortable for you. No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed.
This workshop is a practical wellbeing session. It is not therapy or clinical support, but a gentle, accessible introduction to self-compassion for everyday life.
